smiles Cut Rock Total Posts: 165 Last Post: 9/8/2009 Member Since: 11/5/2007	i have enjoyed looking at everyones beautiful rings for so long... and no truly appreciate how hard it is to a) get good pictures and b) format them properly. i just wanted to share my moms rings... this one is her wedding band (although she actually got married with a plain band) keep smiling

smiles Cut Rock Total Posts: 165 Last Post: 9/8/2009 Member Since: 11/5/2007	this ring is actually 2 engagement rings combined (her mothers and grandmothers) she designed it herself. my grandmother was apprently going to divide it up into 2 or 3 rings to give grandsons to give eventually to someone but she had only one grandson when she passed away so my mom bought the other 2/3 of the diamonds (she is 1 of 3 children) from her 2 brothers and made this... i hope to do the same with my sisters and keep this is a family heirloom.... keep smiling

smiles Cut Rock Total Posts: 165 Last Post: 9/8/2009 Member Since: 11/5/2007	thanks everybody for the kind comments its funny because the rings are all so different and i have 2 sisters and each one fits our personalities so well ... we are each drawn to a different ring! my mom has thought about taking the ring and making it into a necklace (in the same form) b/c she thinks it will protect the diamonds more.. you guys are the experts.. i think its amazingly unique as a ring but do you think it would make more sense as a pendant?? keep smiling
