Yayyyy! Our "mother-daughter" Richard Homer concave cut rose quartz briolette pendants are finished! I posted a while back (here's the original thread: Rose Quartz Project ), and they're done! My mom and I wanted to make this pair of rose quartz briolettes into a really simple pendants where the stones would be showcased. We also wanted to have them dangle so that one person could wear both or they could be worn separately. We're very happy with the final product! Due to an impending ice storm, I had to snap this pics quuuuickly before my mom returned home, so there might be some blur and the lighting isn't fab, but you can definitely get an idea of how they look together and alone. ![]()

And worn separately - Mom wanted a little more length and a slightly thicker chain, and mine is a chain that is slightly shorter and slightly thinner. Sorry about the lighting on this one!![]()

Thanks!!! Richard's work is amazing and he's an extremely kind person to boot - I'm so happy to have one of his gems! At the roundtable, mom also purchased a gorgeous baby pink tourmaline, so over the next few months I'm sure I'll get to help her start deciding on how to set it. We had a lot of fun with this project, and my local jeweler (J.H.Revell - IA) was wonderful to work with, so I'm excited for the next Homer project! Will of course post pics when it's finished :)
