mimzy Ideal Rock Total Posts: 1,812 Last Post: 11/20/2009 Member Since: 7/17/2007	YES! so after a month and a half of spending endless hours researching and making calls and convincing various parties and working the good old TI-83 we have FINALLY booked a venue! I had found the place and posted it on here about a month ago, but my dad wasn't convinced it was a viable option because it was in pontiac...which doesn't have the greatest reputation. Well he finally went out there with us this past weekend and was actually impressed by it, and we booked it! It's a beautiful 1920s masonic temple building that has been restored. it has high ceilings,beautiful hardwood floors, clean, white walls, and is super affordable. the only downside is that it is about an hour and 10 minutes away from FI and I, but we'll deal here's a linkLafayette Grande we're in the second floor ballroom. yeep! i'm so excited! now to just find a church for the ceremony.... [it's good to be good to people you don't understand]

The building looks beautiful and sounds like you'll be able to transform it really into whatever you want with the hardwood floors and white walls.
