heather318 Cut Rock Total Posts: 212 Last Post: 8/26/2009 Member Since: 6/3/2007	I ordered a wedding band for my FI last week ago and Signed Pieces has been awesome about responding to my e-mails really quickly. But my only thought is, why don't they e-mail the customer more often to let them know the status of their order? I have only received one e-mail telling me that my order has been placed. However, I would like to have received an e-mail saying whether or not the ring was in stock (which it's not). For all those that have used Signed Pieces in the past, do they generally e-mail you with a tracking number once they do ship the item?

Their website said it would take 3-4 weeks. I still hadn't received it last week so I called them and they said it was getting ready to ship. At that point I had already purchased a larger center stone so needed to change my order anyway, so we started the process all over again. I do have to say they were very accomodating with my request to change my order. ImpatientOne

I didn't know until after the fact that the "shop" was closed for the last two weeks of the year! They assured me they will have my new rings to me by the first week of Feb :-) ImpatientOne

I just got a shipping confirmation number from them and it should be here on Friday! The people at Signed Pieces have been AMAZING throughout the entire process and I'm definitely glad that they provide a shipping number so you can track your package!
