Dr. Know Little Diamond Rough Rock Total Posts: 16 Last Post: 7/15/2003 Member Since: 6/28/2003	I have only been to Oscar's Design, so I can't comment on the others, but they all are highly recommended by Alan Mendelson, a news reporter on KCAL 9. If you ask, I believe Oscar can get you a Sarin report, but I am not sure about a brilliance scope report. He has a hearts and arrows viewer to see the internal symmetry, but I am not sure how they compare to the other diamonds you could purchase at Nice Ice, Good Old Gold, Whiteflash, etc. WHATEVER YOU BUY, GET IT APPRAISED.
