Me too! Me too! I have always wanted a cool, pale pink diamond but I am really liking the brownish-pinks lately. I think one reason I am turning away from the pales/brights is because when I saw some in person they reminded me of "pink ice" CZ from back in the day. I don't want anyone mistaking my real pink for "pink ice," lol!

This one is called a brown-pink... but it looks really rich and warm to me. I guess there's a big difference between pink-brown and brown-pink. It's 6.32 ct at more than $100K per ($650,000). You can enlarge the image at http://www.rauantiques.com/29-2201.html ![]() _________________________________ |

I posted this little trinket a few months ago and it's still listed on eBay for $1550. Not a world-class gem, but I love the color and the flatness. Natural Diamond Shape: OVAL-ROSE Cut Diamond Weight: 0.82 ct Size : 6.72 mm x 5.11 mm x 3.01mm Clearity: VVS Color: Natural Fancy PINKISH BROWN Cut: Very Good ![]() _________________________________ |

I desperately want the 1.12 and 1/2 moons. It's only... oh... $15,000 out of my budget.

I'd like to see range of PB/BPs on the hand - to see how they look on different skin tones. All of these rings have halos. I imagine PBs could sort of dissapear without the contrast. I think lightning bright, colorless diamonds are WOW - I love them. But there'something about the subtlety of these. Kind of stealth glamour. ![]() _________________________________ |

I'm totally sucked into the mystique of perfect pinks.. but the pinkish browns seem almost attainable, price-wise. I did find.... however... this uncertified 1.01 ct SI-1 orangey pink pear for $7680 (as far as I can tell from the website, it's not enhanced): ![]() _________________________________ |

This 1.14 ct brownish pink (from Amgad) is darker than I would go for, but I think it would make goreous RHR. Maybe set east/west.... something like the Paolo Costagli "Florentine" ring.... omg. ![]() _________________________________ |

And the price, if it's truly natural, wow, but I think it is probably too good to be true

Since you like orangey pinks - here is a pic of one that was offered to a friend of mine, however if you look closely it was quite peppered with inclusions, so he passed.![]()
