Hi folks, having recently posted about my new engagement ring (http://www.pricescope.com/idealbb/view.asp?topicID=73549) and have been looking for a pair of diamond earrings for a long time, but now I want a pair to match my ring. I would love your opinions on the following: Christopher Designs Crisscut Cushion Halos which I am totally in love with http://www.christopherdesigns.com/earringdiamond%20web/pic_4.jpg Although I am also wondering if I got a pair of round brilliant studs and then bought a jacket for them so I could dress them up or dress them down - ideally to look like (with white instead of yellow centres): http://www.christopherdesigns.com/earringdiamond%20web/pic_10.jpg Would appreciate your feedback, also does anyone have experience with earring jackets? Do they look like an afterthought or can they look like one set? Do the earrings have to have a certain setting? Many thanks for all of your help - this site has provided some invaluable advice. |

Samii! You're killing me here! Those are GORGEOUS!![]() ![]() I think I'm having a moment.I say get both!! ![]() Okay, okay, if you insist you can't get both, I prefer the first set. I think that they would be lovely, actually, absolutely exquisite with your ring. What a lucky girl you are!

Those are beautiful! I would definitely get them as studs with jackets because they would be so much more versatile. The plain studs would eb great for anytime and the jackets for more dressy occasions. You would need to have them made to fit your stones, partiularly if you don't go with rounds.

Hi, Both sets of earrings are gorgeous, but the cushion set is a bit more classic, IMO. The round flower style is a bit more cutsy. But. . . either one would make for an excellent choice
