When people refer to an "antique ring", is this the setting itself or the cut of the stone? Can you find settings that have an antique look or appeal, but mount a round brilliant diamond in them? Thanks

It can be both, or just one or the other. Yes, you can put a RB into an antique or antique style setting, but I personally think real antique stones look best in the vintage antique settings.

Thanks for the reply. Is there somewhere in particular that sells these rings? What about replica settings?
