Shipping my wedding dress |

Any advice on how to pack it or how to ship it? It's in my closet double bagged with a white plastic garment bag from the bridal shop. I'm planning on going to UPS today with it and shipping it to a bridal shop in MA where my mom bought her dress - they said they would press and store my dress for free. I know some of you have shipped dresses before - advice, please???

Hi SP! I didn't ship mine but did get my dress shipped to me and it arrived perfectly!!!! It came in it's hanger on a plastic bag (with a knot on the bottom) then the whole thing went on to a garment bag. Then they had some protective paper...I'm attaching a few pics for reference ;) Hope that helps! M~

Actually take it back...the whole ting wasn't in the garment bag...that was separate...
