possible necklace, inspired by musey
but in silver and oval instead of round

I have a real antique necklace, that was my grandmothers, but my cousin is not supposed to know that I have it, so I'm not sure if I should wear it and cause trouble...

Since we are blocks from the beach, boardwalk pictures are a must, and to compliment the September day, why not parasols!!?

Very romantic!  Looks like a wonderful venue with a fab view!  I'm liking these choices!

My God Woman! I'm looking through all your pics thinking "how incredible" all the detail..... and then see you're not getting married til 9/08!!! You are on TOP of things! Congrats! With that much orginazation it will be flawless!

P.S. I'm getting married in 6 months and just got my save the date cards out yesterday...thought I was doing well! I haven't ordered invites, much less picked them out! Yikes, have no idea on jewelry, shoes.... YOU should be a wedding planner! Help all of us slackers!!

Pretty wedding details!  We are date twins...but I was already married on 9-21-03!  Best of luck to you throughout the rest of your planning and of course on your wedding, everything looks gorgeous!

Nevaeh,

Believe it or not I had all these ideas in my head, so it's just a case of finding them... hehe
I didn't have the reception booked until a couple weeks ago!!  And the save-the-dates I sent out in September because I'm having a lot of out of town guests and already one has plans for that date because I didn't send them out soon enough I guess?!!
My Dad is from Germany, so we are inviting my cousin, uncle and aunt and my dad's german friend from over there (full house) On top of that I lived in England for a couple of years and having two of my British friends coming. One is in my bridal party. I also have my aunt coming from California and cousin with her husband and children. So there are from all over!

One thing I'm behind on is the DJ which is kinda stressing me out a little

Musey, I'm glad that you don't mind! You have excellent taste

Of course not! Besides, I copied it off of the show "LOST" (Kate wore it in her wedding),

Believe it or not I made these favors for under $2 a piece!!! not bad. I purchased the wine bottles from Sam's Club, they had the best price ;)

I am being very politically incorrect, wine, cigars and matches!
I love how these matches came out, I purchased them on favorsetc.com

Wow, you are super organized. You're just a few weeks before me, yet I don't have half the stuff done that you have!

Everything looks great so far! I really love your earrings and favors!

I have to ask - are you going to serve lobsters at your reception, since it is at the Lobster Shanty?

oh basil aren't you the 20th of sept.? My date changed to 9/21/08

No lobster! sorry! I'm not rich, but i wish I could.... We are having broiled seafood combination and lobster bisque soup it's to die for!!

I really didn't start planning until October, because I was in my friend's wedding and wasn't really concentrating on mine. I don't have the invitation yet, I just picked them out and I don't have the parasols, but I will purchase them. I only made about 12 wine bottles so far, I have another 80 something to go and I figured I 'd get it out of the way. I'm hoping the only thing I have to worry about making in the last few days is the floral arrangements.

Oh, silly me! For whatever reason, I thought you were 9/8/08, though now that I think about it, I'm not sure where I got that. We're almost date twins then!

Lobster bisque sounds divine - it's probably my favorite soup! I admire the fact that you at least have an idea for invitations and have sent out Save-the-dates already. I am still procrastinating on mine, and by this time, we'll most likely have to wait til January to avoid them being lost in the holiday rush.

It's great that you're getting your favors and things done so early! I'm sure you'll appreciate the extra time when it gets closer.
