So last night I was going through my email and found one from a local broadcasting company about a position I had applied for months ago. I never heard anything back from them after I applied so I figured that opportunity was out the window. Well, the manager emailed me and said the position was open again and would love to interview me! So I spoke with her today and I have an interview with her monday evening!!! Ahh, I'm so excited!      This would help us out tremendously! The pay would be a lot more than what I have been making and since BF got his new position 2 months ago, we'll make out pretty well *IF* I get this position! We have our own apartment attached to his moms house and while it's cheaper than actually renting out a place, we've been dying to really get out on our own and have our own space so this would be great! (We are technically on our own, but we both want a place away from his mom - not that she's bad or anything but you know, it's just time.) We'd prefer to just buy a house instead of renting out an apartment but we've decided to do it right and make sure we have a hefty down payment before even considering a house. (So I've dodged that whole buying a house before getting engaged, thank goodness!) But yeah, this totally would help out with the whole "funds not being there" situation that I previously posted about. So cross all your fingers and toes that I get this job!!
