I just got my contract from the venu and it is looking a little sparce. It doesnt mention what happens if the place is sold or if prices are locked in or subject to change or anything and the fees are weirded a little odd. Anyway could you all post thigns from your contracts that I should be sure are in mine (like if labor charges count to room food and beverage minimums) and thigns like that. I just dont want to get screwed =) Anything you all have to give me an idea of what the contract should have would be great, thanks! |
