Could anyone offer any advice on insuring my ring? With all the research I've been able to do over the last few weeks, this is one area I'm still hazy on. Thanks again ![]() -Pedro

Okay my last post before I get dragged away from the computer... Pedro, check out the posts in the last month on Chubb and other jewelry insuring companies. I insured through Chubb and posted some questions, comments etc. Alot of other people have the same Q's as you, run an archive search to get more information on what options you do have. FYI--I insured for $10,500 and my payment is $200 a year for Chubb. Not bad, esp since they do the 'cut a check' thing and don't ask any questions like some other co's may. Oh and Chubb priced by $ and region. So if you insured for around that amoutn, you'd pay the same, being in the Bayarea and all. $15k of insurance is $300 through them. Good luck! Let us know what happens with your ring purchase!
