sleeping beauty Cut Rock Total Posts: 305 Last Post: 7/21/2008 Member Since: 1/17/2006	.....Cause i'm engaged He proposed on Sunday (yesterday) and i have to say that i was not totally expenting it. not many things get by me but this one did. Heres why. Saturday we went out to eat to this fabulous restaurant up on a hill, he had lobsters and shrimp and any seafood you can think off. we sat in a very secluded place, the atmosphere was stunning. we ate drank left the restaurant came home no proposal. mid you he had the ring IN HIS POCKET. i saw the bump!!!! i was bummed out and i had to go to work sunday and the rest of the week was going to be hectic. no days off for me or him together till next saturday afternoon when we will be going to the circus. then i thought maybe he'll propose at the circus!!!! still i didnt want to go to work for a whole 12 hour shift so i whined about not wanting to go to work and he said call in sick then.... so i did!!!! Sunday we go out to eat.. the norm for us this time i see no bump but the box was empty so i thought not another torture. we went to one of our fav. restaurant and order wine and appetisers while we waited for entree. well im going to take a drink from the wine and he goes " cant drink that just like that, you gotta wait" and i look at him pussled thinking has he gone crazy why cant i drink my wine. so i notice him getting something out of his pocket and i thought NO WAY HES PROPOSING!!!! so he proposed and i was so excited i couldnt eat... i just kept looking at my ring.... it was lovely!!! so us!!! Onto the pics i will work on posting i took a few boy its hard to get a good picture. bear with me as i try to resize, and thanks ladies for all the support in this maddness. PS. im so glad i didnt peek!!! SB

Did you pick out the diamond and setting together? If so, can you refer me to that thread? I don't normally read posts here so I have no idea about the process. I think its so sweet that he was being so devious about the whole thing.
