I'm not going to get into why we are at this crossroads because it's a very long and complicated story, but we are starting from scratch with choosing a diamond. I found a warm pear cut that I absolutely love, but am worried about whether or not it's a good price. Here are the stats on the pear: Weight (Size): 2.62 ct. Cut (Shape): Pear Clarity: VS2 Color: M Certificate: GIA Measurements (mm): 12.79-7.55-4.68 Depth 62 Table 60 Polish: VG Symmetry: VG Flourescence: FNT Your Price: $5,751.42 The other option we are considering is going with an Eightstar that is just under a carat in weight, K color, and VS clarity. If you had to choose, which would you pick? TheDiamondangel winkjones.com |

Eightstar! But then I adore round sparkly diamonds and dream of one day owning an eightstar.
