Ok, so I have been lurking for a while and thought I knew a bit about what I was looking for. Upon my last search for that perfect ring for my gf, I found that a diamond that had a "medium white" fluorescense. I know that many diamonds have a blue and that is not a real desirable feature in the colorless stones. This particular diamond is an F VVS2. I know that it is a "depends on the person" kinda thing, but any words of wisdom on the white color? Thanks. White fluorescense is in just about all cases, benign and has no negative effect on the stone's appearence. In very rare cases, it might result in a chalky look. Barry www.superbcert.com
