What does Star 52 or Star 53 Mean? |

I'm trying to figure out what Star: 52 and Star: 53 Means on an AGS cert? Don't think I've seen that described in the educational materials I've read. This notation is on an RB Ideal Cut Stone AGS Cert and a on a RB ACA H&A AGS cert. Is it preferable or not?

It's the length of the star facets, expressed as the % of the distance between the edge of the table and the girdle edge. |

Thank you very much for your reply. As a newbie, I couldn't figure why it was on some AGS certificates and not others. Is the inclusion of this information on AGS certifications recent? |
