 		So I am not a person who belives everything I read but I have to know about this... I was reading a yachting magazine and a very high end company referred to a Navetta diamond. It says it was created by Louis XV for M.me De Pompadour. Why can't I find anything on this diamond? Has anyone ever heard of it? I would love to see a pic. I have searched the internet and come up with nothing... Unfortunately that just makes me want it more!

 		When I looked online, the navetta cut looked like a marquise.  And navetta appeared to be in a different language (Italian), as the pear diamond said 'goccia'.

 		Yaaahhhh!! That answers the question! Thank you so much! I do love a marquis! At least now I am not searching for some elusive diamond. (Although that would have been fun!)
