Could you Trinity owners take a look at this?

eBay seller

Looks like they have a bunch of the old stlye Trinity rings. What do you think? I am pretty brave when it comes to eBay, and I THINK the pictures look pretty authentic, but I would welcome some expert opinions. They state it is authentic, so am I right that if I find it is not, I can file a claim through PayPal? Anyone have experience with this? I remember someone talking about that with a purse over in Shopping a while back. Also the feed back looks good, but who knows.

Thanks!!

unless you have money to lose (that is the way you have to look at buying things on ebay) don't do it.  that and the fact that this auction clearly states that it is a final sale (YIKES!!) makes it not worth doing.  paypal is worthless for filing claims, so you really do have to be prepared to just cut your losses.  this is an easy one for me:  NO WAY.

If you decide to bid, take it to a Cartier store IMMEDIATELY for verification of authenticity. That is, if there's one near you...

Some sellers who list their items as "final sale" will waive that when faced with the possibility of being reported for eBay fraud (I learned that with a Dior bag about a year-and-a-half ago)

This probably doesn't help much but there is a guaranteed authentic Cartier trinity ring on SP right now - in their christmas sale selection.  It's more $ than ebay but quite a good price nevertheless.

I know I saw the one on SP, but my hands are really big  I hardly ever see big ones on there. Looks like I should just wait....or try rollingring.com. Thanks for the input!
