Alright, so I'm a LIW and I've been given the go ahead to search out my favorite stone. With the help of Jon from GOG (THANK YOU!!! ) I've decided that the Jubilee cut is my favorite. I think I'm looking for a 1.50 to 2.00 carat Jubilee, not below (?) a VS2 clarity and H color, with a high quality cut. Onto the questions:

Girls who own Jubliees...

How much did you pay for your Jubliee and what are the specs?

Did you buy online or from a store?

What do you think was more important witht the Jubilee, the clarity or the cut?

How did you set yours and do you feel it really showcases it?

What size are you? (I'm a 4.75 - 5)

And if you have pictures of yours on your hand, could you post them?
Thank you lovely ladies! You're all so helpful, I LOVE PS!!

Learn somethin' new everyday here! I'd never heard of a Jubilee, so I looked it up with the search thinger and saw a couple of pics (although sadly the main one introducing it has a bunch of pictures that don't work anymore). Since the GOG guy did the announcement about it, I went to the GOG website to look for it but didn't see it there, and then saw in another thread that they don't seem to offer it anymore. Is this true?

They're so pretty!! I'd LOVE to know more about where to find them and what they cost!

With any diamond... CUT is most important!

I am considering a Jubilee for my ring. Whether I decide on that or go with an Asscher or another square-ish/octagonal stone, I am pretty much decided on either a
Ritani shared single prong or similar custom band... or... a Leon Mege 3-sided pave. I tried on the Ritani with an Asscher and a Cushette center... GORGEOUS!

I will most def buy my diamond online!

YW... I agree, it looks to be stunning which is one reason I am so torn between something like it or the Asscher. *sigh* I should just get one of each!
