They look like leverback bezel set stones (diamonds?...guessing since it's Vogue and Kate Winslet). Is that right?

I'm at a loss with all the jewelry terms. They look circular with what looks like a big diamond set in gold...definitely leverback.

museumofjewelry has alot of bezel and french wire or leverback styles (in cz and gemstones).
