What times and days can one visit Whiteflash in person?
I'm located in Austin and can probably only make it there on a weekend.

Not sure of their hours, or if they have a *drop-in* kinda deal. But I think if I were you and can only be in Houston only on a weekend I'd call and make an appointment. Just to make sure they can give you the time and attention you need.

I called there today, and they told me their business hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm by appointment only.  They don't have a showroom like a B&M store, per say, from what I understand.

I knew they were appointment only for the most part and not a B&M I just wanted to know if appointments were only on weekdays.

Since I'm somewhat close I'd rather go there to see a diamond than have them ship it so I can see it then ship it back to get set, not to mention a possible appraisal in there somewhere.

When I spend a lot of money I like it to be quick.

I was told no weekends when I called, but they may work with you depending on the circumstances.  Give them a call.  Best wishes.

I'm sure if you talk to them they will be accommodating. I know that several of their sales people are there on weekends.

Just give them a call.

We entertain guests by appointment and will be delighted to meet with you in person.  We prefer to work via phone and email to discuss times and narrow your field of diamond candidates, then we will arrange for a personal viewing in our offices.  We have phone coverage during normal business hours and some after-hours coverage as well.  Please feel free to contact us directly.

John

Thanks for your responses. I'll try to get focused on a few stones and give them a call.

I've visited their offices on Richmond to drop off my stone.  I happen to live in Houston.  I had been working with them already and arranged this.  Their office is in a decent sized office bldg and the bldg security may not be very accommodating for weekend visitors.  They do have another office where there phone staff works but I have not been there.  Perhaps it might be best to arrange to take a day off work and make a drive down during the week after of course you make an appointment.   I know when they met me it was close to or after normal work hours since I drove up late in the afternoon.  They were very accommodating.  BTW there were a lot of other jewelry related businesses in the bldg, sort of a mini-diamond district in Houston.  Never knew about it.
