Hi, I saw on whiteflash web site that if you buy a ACA diamand or a ACA diamond with a ring, you'll get a special toolkit so you can view your diamond. Does anyone have a picture if what the kit looks like? Also, what other reseller give out this tool kit for their H&A dimonds? Thanks.

I didn't take a picture, but here's what my ACA princess came with: -10x loupe -jewelry cleaner spray -brushes to use with spray -microfiber cloth -nice black bags to carry all that stuff -black lacquer display box for ring

Thanks, jstarfireb. What do you think is the quality of the kit and black lacquer box? Are they "presentable"? Do you think it's a good little value added to your your purchase? I wish they post pictures of the complete package that the customer would receive.

It was good enough for me! Here's a pic I just snapped of the kit. I forgot to mention the polishing cloth (big square thing in the bottom left corner). The brushes and microfiber cloth are in the plastic case next to the cleaner.

Edited to add: jstarfireb - wow! - thanks for doing that. We've just introduced a new ACA toolkit but the box & cleaning items remain the same. Hi bschai, At the top of any page on the WF website click FAQ then Purchasing (6th item down). At the end of the first paragraph is a link to a page with a photo & info on the new kit. I hope that's helpful. John |

what's that black thing above the loop? is it a case for the loop  i didn't get one of those (the case), but i did get a H&A viewer.

But I guess I really don't need tweezers (my diamond is already set) and an H&A viewer (I have a princess). Yup, the thing above the loupe is a loupe case (it's actually brown, not black), plus there are 2 nice little bags. I keep my loupe in it's case in the smaller black bag and the rest of the stuff in the bigger bag.

We've always included a H&A viewer for ACA rounds because the whole purpose of an ACA toolkit is to see cut precision. When we launched the ACA princess we were only including a loupe. After getting consumer feedback we decided to create one unified kit for all ACA purchases, all with the magnifying viewer. We're doing this with the understanding that princess cuts show differing reflective patterns due to differing geometry... If we get complaints from people about a Princess not showing H&A (unlikely but you never know) Brian may reverse that decision but we've decided to try it and see if people like it. So far the presentation box & contents have been well-received. The cleaning kit is included with any setting+diamond purchase over a certain amount ($5K I believe) and comes with one of those nice little bags.
