Hello Ladies - what are you all doing for your wedding programs?  I've been researching some websites, but some I've found were pretty pricey.  I was also thinking about a fan program since I'm getting married outdoors.  Any suggestions or ideas you could share??

I'm having covers printed to match my invitations and then I'm DIYing the inside sheets.

My printer is a tiny one in Scotland called Piccolo Press. They charge £194 for 125 thermographed invitations on folded 6" by 8" card and £244 for 125 matching A5 Order of Service Booklets. By UK prices, they are very reasonable - I've seen the same sort of thing at over twice the price in London.

I'm getting married outdoors too, in September, and am pricing out fan/programs right now. Seems like I can get 75 colored card stock preprinted but not assembled for ~$150. I like that they'll be functional just in case its still HOT HOT, but might wait until the last minute (as if its not late already) and either print off my own if weather is looking good, or buy the fans if its looking hot. I'm not that fussy about this, though. For me, the program is a 'nice to have' since the ceremony will be quick.

I ordered ones that match my invites from www.invitesite.com

we have to print them ourselves, but purchased the handmade paper covers, 1 sheet of 8.5 x 11 cardstock, and an extra sheet for the inside, plus the raffia tie for 1.00 each

Mine were DIY. I believe they are in my wedding thread. I made them very similar to our wedding invites.

My aunt made mine to match my invites...they ended up being 4"x10" printed on heavy cardstock with a little shimmery ribbon detail at the top.  I got inspiration to include special descriptions of the wedding party from my cousin's programs (she's a graphic designer).  So we listed each person in the wedding party and included their actual role (BM, GM, MOH, etc.) along with a short description of how we knew them and what they meant to us.  They turned out beautifully and we got lots of compliments.  My cousin used her engagement photo as a background on hers...unfortunately we didn't end up doing that for whatever reason but hers were gorgeous.

Thanks! Those who did DIY programs, did you use a specific template?  I was thinking of DIY programs, but don't even know where to begin with that!
