Has anyone seen this ring in person? http://shop.baileybanksandbiddle.com/search/index.jsp?cp=2536722&categoryId=2536735&pg=2 I am having a difficult time getting this to link. If anyone is interested it is on the bailey banks and biddle official site. It's in the ritani section 2nd page 2nd row and 2nd in. item number 17057464 site. Do you think by the looks of it it would stand up supper high? I just love it. It looks like a martini glass full of diamonds.....mmmmmmmmmmm and after seeing "youngs" gorgeous 6 ct in that gorgeous setting I fell in love with the little heart shapes on the prongs. This Ritani setting has those. Just lovely! Has anyone had custom work done by Knox in Minnesota? Or been to their store? giggles and thinks....omg if only I could afford a martini glass full of diamonds to play with... |

I've been to Knox. Did you have specific Q's? I know kcoursolle has also had custom work done by them.

Yes I do , thank-you.... Does Knox have a large selection of rings to look at and try on? How about loose stones? Do they have a pretty good selection of rounds and emerald cuts? Where ever I decide to travel too. I would really like to know before I venture there if they have a good seletion before I go. I can call anyone out of the book or from a website online and ask them first. However I would bet they are going to say yes to get me in there. Any other large stores in Minnesota anyone knows of and have had dealings with that are positive either in store purchase or custom work? Thank-you

I have seen this Ritani in person - I did not feel that it sat too high. I have also been to Knox. I'm sure if you do a search you'll find many good things to be said about them. I had a great experience with them. Never had anything custom done, but their items are very lovely and the work they've done for me has been fabulous! |

Brian Knox custom designed my fiancee's engagement ring and wedding band, and I have nothing but praise for him, very happy at every step. There are some pictures in this thread. |

Well, the stuff they DID have in store was great, but they did not have a large selection when I was there out on display. That doesn't mean they don't have stuff in back, but it was a small little shop. They are super nice and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them myself. I would just call and ask them to call in some stones, they can do that just like any other place. If you DON'T call ahead of time though I wouldn't really hold your breath for ANY store to have a large selection of fancy shaped loose diamonds.

Hi, I am new here (been lurking for a couple months). Another jeweler in Minnesota that I would highly recommend is Stuart Adelman at Artelle Designs in Plymouth, MN. We have been working with him on a design for a custom ring (for 30th anniversary) and he has been wonderful. He is very creative, fun to work with, and a perfectionist when it comes to the details. He had 8 or 9 cushion cut sapphires brought in for us to choose from, then created CAD models that we viewed on the computer screen. We get to see the wax on Wednesday night, then should have a ring about a week after that...I can hardly wait. http://artelledesigns.com lightseeker |
