Hi Tia! Welcome to PS.

I'm no expert or anything, but if you'll be wearing it with your hair up, I'd probably look for something long, crystaly, and dangly. That dress has a beautiful clean line and is not too busy (without being boring... I actually LOVE it!) so you can afford to jazz it up with some eye catching ear jewels.

ps--- I have a round face so not all styles work. I just can't decide if I want to do a chandelier or just a simple cz drop.

Chandelier will give you a more glam (Hollywood red carpet) feel.  Simple drop earrings would be very classic and let the dress be the main focus.  I vote for simple drop earrings because your dress has amazing details.

With that dress, I think something simple and sophisticated would be nice. I think too glitzy of earrings would be distracting from the overall look of the dress. But, then again, the best thing you can really do is try on different earrings with your dress (if it is possible.) How will you do your hair?
