I'm no expert or anything, but if you'll be wearing it with your hair up, I'd probably look for something long, crystaly, and dangly. That dress has a beautiful clean line and is not too busy (without being boring... I actually LOVE it!) so you can afford to jazz it up with some eye catching ear jewels.

Simple drop earrings would be very classic and let the dress be the main focus. I think too glitzy of earrings would be distracting from the overall look of the dress.
