diamondseeker2006 Ideal Rock Total Posts: 17,609 Last Post: 11/18/2009 Member Since: 1/11/2006	My diamond is very snug in the basket head, and I am afraid the side bars on the basket may be resting against the sides of the pavilion of the diamond. I can't get anything between that area when I clean the ring. I think I read it was bad for the diamond to be touching the head or crown like this. Any jewelers or appraisers around tonight? I did not want to change this setting until I found my dream setting, but it worries me that this might not be safe for my diamond. Thanks! ~~~ When in doubt...don't.~~~
