My e-ring feels quite tight in the summer weather, but perfect (with no spinning) in the normal temps.  Should i resize or just deal?

Fingers naturally fluctuate, so that's normal.

If it fits well during the other months, resizing might make it too loose and apt to fall off then. If the tightness is only a bit and not too horrible, I wouldn't size it myself.

Depending on the ring (if the shank is plain metal and not with diamonds), you might be able to have it stretched a wee bit.  But I agree with NF, you don't want it to be too loose that you could lose it!  What about having it made larger and them place sizing balls to prevent spinning and falling off?  The sizing balls may leave some give room and not be as restrictive as it feels now.

I just went through this myself. I had a wide wedding band that fit ok in normal months, but was too tight in the summer. I ended up getting a thinner new ring almost half a size bigger, which is good. If it bothers you enough in the summer I would size it up until you find something that fits comfortably in the summer, too. The sizing balls are also a great idea if you have that option.
