Hey all. A few months ago you were all fantastic in helping me pick my ring and setting. I wound up picking a cushion cut from Good Old Gold and a setting from James Allen (Danhov E15) Which my fiance LOVES!!! We're now looking for bands which is difficult with such a low and large setting. Has anyone found or made a matching band? i looked on James Allen.com and found nothing and Danhovs site isnt much help. Any help is appreciated thanks..

Does danhov make a matching band? that would be my first choice. If not, the basket sticks out so any band that isn't curved is going to gap. I'd probably try and match up the width of the stones in the band or a tad thinner and live with the gap. otherwise, there are curved wedding bands available as well or you could have something custom made to fit around it.

I'd go with a thin pave band to match the shank of the e-ring. I'd definitely not mind the gap, because I do not like curved wedding bands. Maytal Hannah makes rings like that and I am sure could make you a beautiful match. See her site for some examples. www.maytalhannah.com

James Allen doesnt list a matching band on their site but I will call Monday to confirm. We've found similar bands and the gap isnt horrible. My finace tried some of the rounded bands but that didnt look so great. I tried Danhovs site but they dont even list the E15 (guess its James Allen exclusive)

here it is, of course the profile should be like the e-ring - flat, and of course it can be done with diamonds on top too.![]() Pricescope |

Here you go! Danhov does have bands on james allen's website. I'm not sure if you'll find one that sits well against your ring though... http://www.jamesallen.com/designer-jewelry/wedding_bands.asp?cid=298&main=1

I have a rectangular cushion in that setting! There is a gap between my e-ring and wband. I knew there would be before I ordered the E15 and kind of like the gap. It makes it look more antique. If I knew how to repost my photos I'd post one of my ring and wband for you. But you can click on my Avatar and then look for the topics I've posted to see the two rings together. By the way...How is your DF cleaning her ering? I find that dirt gets under the stone and I'm having a hard time getting it clean. I think it's 'cause of the setting.
