Blue Nile only makes this ring in gold and I want platinum. Has anyone seen one like it anywhere else (that isn't exorbitantly expensive)?

that style ring is very popular today. most designers make one, you can try scott kay, a jaffe etc.

here's a ritani:

At 1 carart total weight, why don't you check out The Facets Collection eternity bands?  Facets gets great reviews on the quality of their bands.

This link allows you to put your specs in for eternity band style, stone shape, metal, finger size, and total carat size.

For a platinum ring, round stones, shared prong, tcw of 1, see this style number:  F2991S

The Tiffany Novo band is beautiful, but it will run higher than the Ritani.

Also the Tiffany Legacy band is worth checking out.  But Ritani may be your best bet price wise.

Thanks ladies! The Ritani is too thin for my taste (but very pretty). The SP eternity bands don't have flat sides on them and ideally I'd really like to have that flat edge up against my ering. I agree their rings are gorgeous though! I'm sure WF could make this for me. I just wonder if custom is a good idea. What if I get it and don't love it? And won't it cost more to go custom?

Have you looked to Leon Mege to see if he could make what you want?

I would try Whiteflash also... I've never actually contracted with them, but they have a great reputation on this forum and when I was talking to them about potentially doing a ring for me they were very responsive and helpful.  Great prices too.

Ditto, I'd have WF make you one.  They could easily execute this project.
