I sent WF an email Friday afternoon and on Saturday I received an automatically generated email saying my message had been delayed.  I resent the email Saturday afternoon.  I'm not expecting a response until tomorrow at the earliest, as I assume WF is closed on Sunday and today for the holiday, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem sending email to WF?

It's a holiday, so I wouldn't worry about it until tomorrow.  If you still don't hear back tomorrow I'd call them on the telephone.

I emailed them too on Friday, and recieved the same error message.

Tomorrow - everything should be back up and running ;)

You can always call, as KCoursolle said.

Hi All:

There are a few of us working today so please call in and we will be able to help you. I am not sure why your e-mails bounced back, but hope it is now resolved.

Do the folks at WF work on commision? If I've 'started' with one rep, is it unethical to approach a different one?

I will assume that they work on commission, but if your current salesperson is not working for you, then I would inform that person that you are having problems with the way they are handling things.  If it does not get any better, then contact Lesley at Whiteflash.

I did the above and things went beautifully after that.

I definitely tend to call, but that's probably because I hate waiting.

If you aren't having a great experience with one, I don't see a problem switching.  You need to find someone you are comfortable working with and WF should want to provide this.

Our sales consultants do not work on commission.  They operate using a team approach and we welcome you to approach anyone on the team.
