I'm referring to the one in Falls Church, VA. I'm going there today to talk about some options for my e-ring. I would either like to change the prongs on the head into claw prongs, or possible change the entire ring to a 3-stone (I may not be doing this yet though - just wanted to see what it would look like to get some ideas.) We got my ring at Mervis, but I don't think that they have an in-house designer, they just set in ready made settings, so I thought I would check out a different jeweler for custom designs. I won't make any decisions today, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had any positive or negative experiences with them before I decide to hand over my ring. Thanks! |

Sorry, no, I've only called them. But, do report back! Also, do also check out Quest Jewelers in Northern Virginia. You can also search the boards here, as many have used them. Ira (Ruffles have Ridges) Z. |
