we have not received my wife's upgrade ering and band yet from Mark - but I can say he is a very nice man to deal with - and has the patience of Job to answer all the questions we asked - he found us a diamond to our exact specs - and I mean exact - and we were pretty picky like most here - all the way down to color, clarity, size (he was witin .01 carat but I would call that close enough), the cut parameters - and the medium blue floro my wife wanted - and he got the stone to us for a lot less than comparable stones from other online avenues - there was some confusion on the pricing from the owner of the stone - but Mark honored the lowest price that was posted as he promised (read - integrity) - even though they were off a bit - then he turned around and was able to source a designer setting setting us - and saved us over $2500 (before tax) from the best price of our local B&M - can not wait to get the rings - we know they will be perfect - and what a great transaction it has been to this point - and all those questions I asked - not one time did more than 24 hours go by before I had my answer from Mark -
