What's the best way to copy pictures from here to one file...?

scarleta Ideal Rock Total Posts: 1,545 Last Post: 9/20/2009 Member Since: 2/25/2006	Can anyone please give me an idea on how to put all pictures posted here in one spot.I am going to take some pics posted to the jeweler and not able to do that.I have saved everything to desktop , but want to take pics and some description to him and not the whole thing.Anyone? Thanks so very much..
