Hi everyone, I've been doing lots of research on diamonds for my engagement ring (looking for radiants or princess cuts). I posted a while back about a few diamonds I found on Blue Nile. I received some wonderful feedback and have been using the Pricescope search for diamonds lately. With the help of Pricescope I found a few diamonds on Abazias that I really like. I know I can't get pictures of the diamonds but I was thinking of having them shipped to an appraiser in my area so I can take a look and maybe get some photos. I'm really trying to get about 1.5 (little less is okay) with a really good cut for about $6000-$6500. I'm trying to find the best ones to have shipped to an appriaser. I found a few others but they were EGL Isreal and I heard they are not that reputable. Could I get your opinions on some of these? Radiant Cuts #1 (this one has EGL Europe report attached) http://www.abazias.com/database/NewDiamondInfo.asp?stock=35367328 #2 http://www.abazias.com/database/NewDiamondInfo.asp?stock=32843377 #3 http://www.abazias.com/database/NewDiamondInfo.asp?stock=33433795 Princess Cuts 1# http://www.abazias.com/database/NewDiamondInfo.asp?stock=30051088 #2 http://www.abazias.com/database/NewDiamondInfo.asp?stock=35532016 Thanks so much for any help. This researching is so stressful.

Sparklybunny, all your candidates come with EGL reports and probably significantly cheaper ($1,000) than similar stones with GIA reports. I would ask the vendor about that to make sure you are aware of potential draw-backs and the price difference is justified to avoid surprises in the future...
