I love to look at Pearlman's close out pieces for fun (in case there is something I can't live w/o).

I know so many people love the pear side stones and found this one on their website for $1600 in platinum with .25 ct side pears.

It is worth a look for someone considering a carat diamond with pear sides.

Lovely setting! I adore Richard Krementz rings. I've bought two from Pearlman's, the rhodolite garnet in my avatar as well as a yellow gold shank/plat half-bezel head setting. I'm sorry to see that designer's no longer in the main designer area of the website, and I only wish I had $10k to buy up all the closeout ones!!

It is the setting w/a total of .50 carats for the pears on the side and it is plantinum.  For $1600 that is a steal!
I think it is gorgeous!

Weegem, your ring is beautiful!!

Thanks friends.  Hopefully this post will help someone.
