bep207 Rough Rock Total Posts: 1 Last Post: 3/13/2007 Member Since: 3/13/2007	Hi, Is anyone here from San Antonio? I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend on a surprise trip to San Antonio. We will be there over the weekend of Easter. We will be staying on the Riverwalk. Anyone have any good ideas of outdoor places that would be appropriate to "pop the question"? Thanks for your advice and help Blake

It is very popular for people to get married on that spot. I can't think of a nicer place to propose. Maybe you could charter your own boat - take a bottle of good champagne and some stawberries. Spread a blanket under the tree on that little island (I mean really little). You could "hide" the ring in the bottom of her champagne glass! Then you have the whole River Walk filled with shops and restaurants. Its great. I love San Antonio!! Life.....is just a bowl of cherries....
