I'm trying to find a reputable jeweler in Orange County, CA (I work in Irvine). I've done all the necessary research via the web and such, but to be honest I have no idea what I'm looking at and no matter where I go, I feel like I'm at the mercy of of the "salesperson." Thanks everyone.
