The story goes that the average eye can resolve 5lp/mm at 25cm / 10inches - that's what camera makers use in general (though Leica uses 8lp/mm I think) for depth of field. Details details. That means about 0.2mm for average eyes (0.1mm for really good eyes). That's ability to pick out line pairs, ie: things right next to each other. So, I'd guess you could probably notice the difference between the big and small one.

If you saw the 3 together, you'd probably notice the first one is a bit smaller. Standing alone, you probably wouldn't know. _________________________ |
