 		I want to know what their hours are like and what kind of rates they charge. Also some feedback on people who have used them. Thanks for all of your help.

 		Just got it appraised and they were really nice.  They charged me $175 to look at the diamond and write the report.  Once I have a setting, i'll get this credit to the final appraisal.
