The settings I have chosen for my engagement ring and wedding band only come in whole and half sizes. My finger has been measured at 4 3/4 so I'm going to order the size 5. If it's a little loose, would the sizing "pillows" be worth it for 1/4 size? Is it safe to have another jeweler size a shared prong round band (it has 11 small diamonds across the top...not a full eternity)?

Thanks!

The settings are from Signed Pieces and are only shown available in whole and half sizes. Has anyone had them custom make the settings in 1/4 sizes? Are they still returnable?
