Hi everyone, My boyfriend and I purchased a diamond from a local jeweler in NJ who uses the ISEE 2 machine to judge brillance, symmetry and scinntilation?! Do any of the vendors use this machine or have any idea how my score rated? The jeweler said anything over 5 is great?? Any comments would be great!! Thanks so much!
check ya, tina bellina |

Here are some websites that have info on the isee-2. http://www.isee2.com/ http://www.goodoldgold.com/isee2.htm We got my diamond at Robbins 8th & Walnut in Philly and they had the isee-2. My diamond scored a 9.8 and another ideal diamond we looked at scored a 9.1. The visual difference between the two was minute and could only be seen in low light conditions where the 9.8 reflected more light. Hope these helps. |
