All right, all you proportions experts, here's one for you: I love RB withs baguette side stones, and I was wondering: what is a good ratio for a RB center stone to tapered baguette side stones? Would a .8 round stone would look nice next to .2 ctw tapered baguettes (.1 carat each)? OR I also love a similar setting with a round center stone, with a smaller RB on each side and then a tapered baguette on each side. I found that setting with a tw of .25, but I thought that might be too small for a .8 center stone. What do you think? I am sorry if this has already been addressed. I ran a search on this topic earlier, and I could not find any similar questions (but I may have overlooked something) "The absence of flaw in beauty is itself a flaw." Havelock Ellis |

I think it's another example of personal preference... I don't know the weights of baguettes but I'm looking to put about 2 1/2 mm long baguettes next to a 9.5mm stone... I could get away with a lot longer but I just don't wanna! lol
