I have an old mine cut stone (was my Mother's).

It is .76ct
about I color
vvs2

not perfectly round but beautiful.

I don't know about value but here is a link showing you pictures of different types of cuts including an oldmine cut. I would say the oldmine cut is more like a square.

No, it's definitely round. not perfect circle but not another shape.

Did you look up the link by pasting the name into your address bar. Some people have mistaken oldmine cut diamonds for old european cut diamonds in the past that is why I am asking?

I initally htought it was an old European cut but when I had it re mounted the jewler said it was old mine.

The picture you directed me to looks square, my stome is round.
