This seems to be the best one that I can find online that is in my price range. Can any of the diamond guru and expert tell me if this is any good? I want to make sure it is a high quality diamond before giving to my GF. Plan to get engage. Here is the URL. She like this style, but Jamesallen but unfortunately they don't sell jsut the setting. MDM Rough Rock Total Posts: 8 Last Post: 8/6/2006 Member Since: 8/1/2006	If I were you, I'd print out a pic of the setting you like and take it along with your diamond to a local (and reputable) jewelry store. If they don't have a similar setting, they will make one for you. Make sure the setting band isn't too thick or it will swallow your diamond (make it look small). Good Luck

I think either Chubb or Jewelers Mutual might insure loose diamonds now, could be wrong of course...but it might be worth looking in to Or maybe you could ask the jeweller who sets the diamond if he might have an add on policy which might cost you a bit extra to cover the diamond while he works on it?
