We are viewing two cushion cut stones next week- hoping our prolonged cushion search has finally come to an end.  Take a look at the two stones and let me know what you think.
Here is the first it is a F 1.72c VS2 Depth 68 Table 53
Symm: Very Good
polish:  Excellent
Culet:No
Flourescence: None

why do these Ideal Scopes look funny?  glare?  blue?

But I like the second one better.

I prefer the secone one, the 1.74 for some reason.  The IS seems better to me, and so does the actual picture of the stone.

I don't know a lot about idealscope images JulieN, but from what I understand they are of limited value in cushion and other "fancy" cuts.  I see what you mean about the blue though... I have never seen that before in other idealscope images.

So I would definitely ask WF about that blue....and new pictures, maybe.

IS is useful on fancies...it's just another part of the puzzle.  That's why they sent you the second pic, so you can corroborate what you see in the first image with the second image.
