if any locals are interested, orangevixen and i will be getting together for lunch this saturday afternoon at Thea in Santana ... at 1pm for lunch and then some shopping. so if any of the gals who were not able to make it to the last get together have some free time on Saturday, please join us!! i'd like to make a ressie at Thea by tomorrow afternoon so that we definitely have a table.

I'll be there, though without my RHR.  It's still at the jeweler's, getting fixed. And I may not even get it back in time before I go out of town next week! So Mara and orangevixen, be warned, I may keep asking you to let me try on your rings to get my sparkly-fix-on-MY-hand for the week!

Oops....sorry about not having any pictures. This GTG was really small (only 4 of us!), and we didn't get a chance to take any pictures at all. We were too busy gabbing away. But I KNOW there will be pics for the next GTG, which should be happening soon. Sorry everyone!

sorry no pictures this time around gals, i forgot the camera at home in my rush to get there and then orangevixen had one but we were all too busy gabbing and moving from store to store to stop to do anything photograph related!! it was a great time, getting to know the girls better was really fun. we went to ritani as well, where i showed them all the solitaire setting that i love and we all tried it on in various carat weight sizes...yum. we all agreed 3c is the way to go..haha. i also tried on this beautiful rectangular radiant that was 3c+ in a ritani solitaire and it just had the best looking side view, so scoopy and low and the radiant actually looked really awesome on my hand. i went HMM and all the gals were horrified that i would even consider defecting from a round for one moment. hahaha. we helped cinderella try to find a right hand ring and also got ideas for 'new projects' that hopefully loom on the horizon. we went to CH jewelers and tried on daniel k rings and went to tiffanys and tried on the classic solitaire and a bunch of right hand rings for fun too. i swear time just FLIES with the PS gals...i wanted to be home by 4 but i didn't even notice the time til almost 5!! then i had to run a few errands before heading back home to pack for our palm springs trip. it was a busy day but so much fun. the next Bayarea get together is in September, so hopefully anyone who missed the last two can make it then! it will be in SF and i think the date is Sat Sept 15th. i'm sure there will be a post on it at some point soon. flower, flopkins, beacon, darling, hope you guys can make it to that one!! flower, our trip was wonderful, got way too much sun and i got a summer cold but it was great to get away and relax and spend some time with each other...greg had his 38th birthday and i surprised him with a cake and champagne in the room (thanks to the fab concierge assisting me stealthily) and it was all tons of fun. how have you been?! ________________________________ |

mara, welcome back! happy b-day greg yes, i had the best time last weekend with you ladies...can't wait til sept. i don't know what's wrong w/ me, but i can't stop thinking about that legacy. it's ridiculous though...i think it was $20K plus for a 1 carat. next time i have 20 grand to drop on a frivolous purchase i might just consider it!  anyhow, we will not forget to take pics at the next GTG, i promise! see you ladies in a month.

Mara! first, Happy Birthday for Greghe must had really enjoy he's birthday by your loving treat I am so glad to hear that you and Greg had fun time ( but sorry to hear that you got summer cold)I've been doing ok, just so busy as I have to go visit to my parent's lot. I might have to take flight after next week again. to the end I feel I am living in Air Plane  or I feel that I am living in HW 280 when I am at home( because take to school and pick up for 3 kids.. )btw your new E-ring is huge and beautiful ! WF I want to WF's E-ring
