 		Can any of the great AGA certified appraisers on this site recommend a good INDEPENDENT appraiser in the Birmingham, AL area? Another option is the Pittsburgh, PA, area. I will be up there on business all next week.

Even if they themselves don't have the AGA certification, if you know a good honest appraiser who can validate my purchase and provide a report for my insurance company that would be great.
