Ok, so I am going to wire the money to WF tomorrow for my 2ct I SI1 diamond; I will post everything when I have finalized everything. But now about the setting, I realllllly love the setting Mara's friend just got from Ritani, thin micropave band, micropave around the basket, just beautiful! Brian said that WF could recreate something for me, should I go with WF, or should I go with Ritani? If I changed anything, which I would have to do because WF cannot exactly copy Ritani, it would be to add claw prongs. I know Ritani has good craftsmanship with their micropave, but what about WF, also, I have read that WF does not like to do such thin bands, the Ritani is 1.8mm I think. I don't know what to do! But if I decide to go with Ritani, who do I have set it? I contacted Pearlman's to see if they have this setting as it was not on their website. I wouldn't mind going with WF, but I really want it to look just like the Ritani. What a dilemma!!!

If you want it to look just like Ritani, get Ritani. WF will not make it that thin. I believe Mr. Pearlman would send your stone to Ritani to set. It doesn't matter that it is not on the site because they can't picture every setting from every company. But I think that ring is on there because I looked for it the other day. I'll go back and look and see.

You should take a look at Lynn B's new WF setting, though. It is gorgeous, too, and what I'd want WF to make.

Congrats on the new stone. I'd get the real deal for the setting. It's reasonably priced for a designer piece and I love the workmanship of the Ritani pieces. It is on Pearlman's site, just doesn't look near as good as Mara's pictures.

Mrs. Salvo beat me to it! Thanks! It is on page 3 of the Ritani's. (You can tell mrssalvo and I have been looking at settings! I sent a correction to GOG on one of their listings!)
