I've recently decided that I'd like a bracelet as my next purchase, and I'd like it to have colored stones. Also -- any online retailers to check out? Thanks! ![]()

Here's mine. I don't know exactly when this is from but I know it's pre 1970 because someone gave this and a bunch of other jewelry to my mother in about 1970. It had all belonged to an elderly family friend who sadley had passed away. It's 14k yellow gold and we think the stones are citrine. As you can see a prong broke and a stone came out so I need to have it fixed. Notice how the clasp is heart shaped :) They just don't have detail like that these days. My mother has another bracelet that she was given at the same time. I'll have to post it.

This is what it looks like on. What type of stones do you want for your bracelet?

Prettyinpave, great topic!I love colored stone bracelets and have collected a few over the years. I like to wear them with a matching right hand ring to match what I'm wearing for the day. Innerkitten, I love your bracelet! I've been wanting a citrine bracelet and ring for awhile. Here's my bracelet rainbow.........an old, very dark sapphire and diamond bracelet that I hope to someday replace with a better version, a graduated pink sapphire bracelet[lab grown], blue topaz, peridot and amethyst bracelets my husband brought back from Asia and a [lab grown] padparasha and diamond bracelet. I think that my next bracelet is going to be a rainbow sapphire one. For some reason I've been wanting one of those lately and my husband is back in Asia in a few weeks........hmmmmm .Good luck on your search for the right stone and color and watch out, it can be addicting! ![]() Michelle |

Ooh catmom what a great collection! I think my favorite the graduated pink sapphires. Has anyone ever seen those weird spikey spinel bracelets from Burma? They don't look very comfy but are really nice to look at.

Love everyones bracelets! I love the colored stones but I have found that when you get a colored stone ring . . . that is only the beginning. You end up "having" to have a set, then there is the gold or white settings to match. Never ending.![]() See what I am talking about....Right ..... Catmom " I like to wear them with a matching right hand ring to match what I'm wearing for the day." I see you have a pink sapphire . . . .goes with your pink sapphire pendent... I try and match my colored stones and clothing..or so they will not clash.![]() Here is my Rainbow Sapphire bracelet.... 18K white gold 8ct princess sapphires.....

Conitta - nice collection! I love the multi sapphire bracelet. The only 2 bracelets I have is a silver peridot bracelet and a champagne diamond bracelet. My mom mentions how she would like a gemstone bracelet so I browse alot. I love looking at mineral miners.com for their jewelry, and also Ross-simons is having a sale right now, can check out.

Innerkitten, I love green and blue stones. I don't know...Maybe peridot or aquamarine? Nothing too "big ticket."

Catmom, LOVELY peridot! Love the oval shape, too. How much sparkle does peridot have?
